  • What does RepProof measure?
    • The standard assessment measures MEDDICC sales competency within a K-12 context.
  • How does AI scoring work?
    • All responses are compared using advanced AI models against detailed rubrics and exemplars that have been created by our principal consultant, Ryan LeClaire, a seasoned education vertical sales leader and former educator and district administrator. AI scoring has been validated across more than fifty sample assessments during development. Those sample assessments scored 100% scoring accuracy.
  • When and how do participants get their results?
    • Results are displayed on-screen within two minutes after assessment submission. Scores and coaching feedback can be downloaded as a PDF and participants also receive a similar report via email.
  • How many times can one take the assessment?
    • Each “license” provides one assessment submission. Participants can be issued a new submission opportunity with an additional “license.”
  • How do the bundles work?
    • Organizations can purchase bundles of assessments for larger teams, candidate screening, or recruiter agency needs. Leaders that select this option are set up with org-level access whereby individual assessments can be assigned and managed. This also includes lifetime access to an org-level analytics dashboard to view a team or sub-team’s progress.
  • How soon can we get access after purchase?
    • Single and bundled purchases are manually provisioned within 24 hours. You will receive your link and additional detail via email and will be contacted by phone if there are any questions.
  • Can a custom assessment be created based on another framework, specific product value prop or something else?
